New Data Types for MacroView in Version 4

To ensure we keep MacroView current with the changing Process Control Industry we have added support for the following data types in MacroView Version 4:INT16, UINT16, INT32, UINT32 and DOUBLE type attribute value formats for PLC model drivers.
