Our Animation Development Process

Step 1 - Scoping and narrative design

Our team work with you to scope out the purpose of the animation and come up with a compelling narrative design.

Step 2 - Storyboarding

We then visualise and map out a sequence of how the story will be told.

Step 3 - Blocking out a rough draft

The animation team then blocks out a rough draft of the 2D animation or 3D animation. This allows them to work out any missing elements or creative changes that need making.

Step 4 - Iterative development cycle

We then do various different iterations of the animation to find a version that best suits the scope of the project for our client.

Step 5 - Rendering and final delivery

Finally, we render the best iteration of the animation and deliver a fully finished animation product to you, our client!
